Same thing happened to me yesterday morning when I tried from phone and then laptop, but when I tried again late in the evening the code was there under the kitten. Maybe the glitch was fixed?

I dont think your doing anything wrong. I would say maybe 5-6 of them I find a code and the rest I dont. This has been happening to me for a couple years.
