I’m not sure what’s going on, but a workaround is to right click the submit button to open it in a new window. That will load the uploader form and you should be able to upload your image.

Please help! I’m also having trouble submitting pictures. I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome and made sure it’s not an Adobe issue. When I click on share, it loads a blank tile over the screen that’s supposed to display things like “submit file, file name, description, etc” to upload the room, but instead it stays white. It seems I’m not the only having problems, so if there is a solution I would love to know! Thanks!

When I click submit image, it brings up a blank page…please fix/help!

I’d go with what’s in the rules. I mean…it’s the rules! You can always submit your other rooms to the regular Share Center gallery so we can see them. And remember to send some to Michael!

I’d try to delete cookies when you next clear your cache. For the image, if it’s a jpg, try saving as a png and vice versa.

Hi Sally, is there something wrong with the Share Center? I have been unable to submit my haunted room. The first 2 times I tried I got emails saying that my submission had been received, but no image was attached. The image was, in fact, attached and is less than 200kb. I tried on 4 different browsers & 3 different computers, did all the usual workarounds. My Flash is up to date. Since the first 2 tries, all I get is an empty white window instead of the screen where you type description & attach your image. Any suggestions? I’d really like to put my room in the contest. Thanks, Sally!
