You can try another browser, but you’ll also need to double check that the Flash plug-in is enabled for share.ganzworld.com — a lot of browsers have been disabling it.

You can also use Fire Fox instead of whatever one won’t work for you. Google Chrome does not work. (For me at least.) Hope this helped.
