If all of your points are on your Webkinz World account, you won't have enough on your Ganz eStore account. These items are not available in the W Shop and you cannot transfer points back to your Ganz eStore account.

I went to try and get these items and was told I didn’t have enough e-store money. My webkinz account said I had over 26000 ganz cash and the items were still available. Why couldn’t I purchase them???
