I can’t seem to find any floating free dice. i was on it this morning;afternoon and now tonight. Any one else having this problem

That’s weird, on webkinz app, it worked for me. On the webkinz app, u should stay in your house, just moving around and decorating. The longer u do that, the higher chance.
