When purchasing an item from the Ganz Estore, it can not be sold back to the Wshop, traded, or sent via Kinz Post. Is there anything at all we can do with an unwanted purchased Estore item?! – ClairebearWebkinz
That’s a good question, ClairebearWebkinz! There are a few ways you might end up with an unwanted eStore item on your account (the welcome gifts, some random prizes, purchases you no longer want), but right now the only way to actually remove it from your account is to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let them know which item(s) you’d like removed. Some people like to create storage rooms for their unwanted items, but you may find it can inspire a totally cool room design you might not have done otherwise. It’s up to you what you want to do, though.
Hello Fiona, Would it be possible for the powers that be to temporarily turn the Wacky Logout Games back on so some of us who left Webkinz for a while could get the badge? – percaroma
Hi, percaroma! While some of the individual games may come back as activities within Webkinz World, Wacky’s Logout Games have been permanently retired and won’t be turned back on. It will not be possible for newer players to win that badge. Sorry!

Dear Fiona, I’m a thrift store sort of person and found a Webkinz Jr pet with a code. Is there anything I can do with it, because Webkinz junior was taken down.
I do not understand why we cannot sell, trade, mail all items. There are many items that I do not like but other friends do. Why should I have to buy rooms to store the items I do not like!?
Hi Fiona, There are several items that cannot be sold, such as tents, campkinz uniforms and pouring teapots. Why is this? I have eight of the campkinz outfits I won that I would really like to sell. Thanks

Hi Fiona! I am wondering if you think that Webkinz will ever allow the option to merge accounts? For an example, I have 2 Webkinz accounts (I’m still asking my younger self why I even made 2 Webkinz accounts in the first place) but one day, I would love to merge the 2nd one onto the first one so all my Webkinz can be together!
I think that’s an awesome idea! I have 2 account as well, but my second one only has 2 pets on it.
I know! I wouldn’t even mind not getting everything like items/PSI from the other account either as long as I had every Webkinz pet together.

Why are all the jobs listed for delux players only/I am trying to get the trophy.
None of the jobs in the employment center are deluxe only. Deluxe players get one extra job opportunity per day. Some of the higher paying jobs like Kinzpost Sorter require you to do a task first – you have to answer so many math questions at Quizzy’s. Are you a free player? If so, you may be limited to certain jobs. fortunately, we have the entire month to complete the challenge.

Only the bonus job is restricted to Deluxe-only. If you are a free player, your options will be substantially fewer, but you don’t need to go to Deluxe — just adopt a pet to become a full player.
