Thank you for your question, happybiscuit22! If it’s been more than a year since you last adopted a pet, your account would be considered a “free member” — these have quite a few restrictions on them. You’ll need to adopt a pet once a year to keep a full membership, or you can get a Deluxe membership if you do not wish to adopt more pets.

Ooh, good one, Blaine! Most of the time, if you can only earn the trophy once, you can’t trade it or sell it. This is to keep it safe on your account! Trophies that you can earn more than once aren’t as restricted… but they’re also usually not as hard to earn.
If I buy one year of deluxe membership without having an eStore account I get the free pet too? I want to buy one year of deluxe membership, but I don’t want an eStore account. – behe123
Hi, behe123! The only way that you can have a Deluxe Membership without a Ganz eStore account is to have someone with a Ganz eStore account buy it for you. Since they are automatically renewed, you have to have a Ganz eStore account in order to keep your details up to date, choose where your points go and have an order history with a record of your free pet. Whoever purchases the one-year Deluxe Membership would receive the free pet in their order history. Hope this helps!

Dear Fiona, Webkinz should get more into the plush part of webkinz. I love that part and remember webkinz when I was very little as something where you could get a cute plush and a fun account pet. The fun was the uniqueness of the pet coming to life, unlike other simple websites. I’d hate to see webkinz change completely and discontinue the plushes as a whole. It was hard enough for me to get on and realize that Dr. Quack is gone…
The question is: What are Webkinz’s plans for the plushes??

adopting 2 pet at once still only extends your account 1 year from the date of its adoption.
Hello Fiona! I was wondering why wall items cannot be put into storage containers. It sure would help with storing so many of the wonderful items that have come out in so many years.
Does anyone know what the tasks for the last phase of the winterfest/adventure scouts challenge are? I’m really struggling to earn kinzcash for the keyboard games, and would like to know if it’s even possible to complete the last phase with the time left.
Hi CocoaBunny – Part 3 of the challenge is: win 4 games of Checkers in the Tournament Arena – feed your pet 5 packs of Adventure Scout Trail Mix – make 25 wishes at Wishing Well 2 in the arcade. Good Luck – I have extra trail mix and will gladly lose at Checkers but the Wishing Well part requires 5 days to complete. If you have enough Estore points you can skip that part, though. Noooo… :’( I really wanted that wallpaper, and I guess I’ll have to spend points on the 31st to skip one day of wishing well. What happened to webkinz newz telling you all the tasks ahead of time when it’s a limited time three part challenge? Or at least switching it so phase 2 was phase 3, as the middle would take the longest time to complete but you could finish it in one day if you wanted to?

Dear Fiona, will the trading card game, Quizzy’s Whizkinz, or DiceKinz ever return to Webkinz? They were some of my favorite games and they’ve all been removed over time
Another way to get membership without an E-store account is to use mobile and purchase it on there, for me it renews through my app store account.
Are you doing this through the webkinz mobile app? I’ve tried to figure out how to do this in the past without any success
Hi, Sparky1109! To purchase Deluxe on mobile, there needs to be a credit card on file with your phone or tablet’s app store (I’m pretty sure it can’t be a gift card type either, like itunes; it has to be an actual credit card). And I think the settings in the app store have to be set to allow automatic purchases. I forget exactly what I had to change in my app settings, but I remember it took me a while to figure it out on one of my accounts. :)

What can I do to NOT renew automatically deluxe membership?
Log into E-Store, click on Manage Account, under TYPE click on Membership, on that page there will be a spot where you can select to opt out of automatic membership.

Dear Fiona, I can appreciate Ganz is trying to protect us in sending some of our estore items, trophys, etc. and not allowing them to be kinzposted in case doing it in error or whatever reason, but sometimes we really want to send them to another acct. I wish you could do a special kinzpost password we would have to enter and then be able to send non-sendable things – different password than normal log in one. Go thru a couple hoops to send so can’t do it accidentally. thanks for listening.
