Hi Fiona! Do you know whatever happened to the Aquatic Center theme? I have seen a lot of pictures of it and I would love to buy the pools that are in that theme. Do they pop up from time to time or was it a one-time thing? – Faithlovefan

 

 

 

 

I found the Aquatic Center Wallpaper and Flooring, which are items that can be sometimes found at Ganz eStore. Most items at Ganz eStore cycle in and out, so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled, especially for Odd Holidays!

Thanks for your question, kinzklipfan. Since the Caring Valley is closed, you won’t be able to plant saplings in it, but you’ll still receive an Enchanted Sapling to customize for your pet’s room.

 

 

 

 

 

Hello Fiona! One of my favorite themes of all time is Winter Wonderland. It’s a beautiful theme and I’ve loved it since the days back when we had a dedicated Link’d Room using the theme. Since I’ve noticed a handful of W-Shop items seem to be taking unannounced vacations lately, do you know if the Chilly Lounging Chair, Frosted Ice Floor Lamp, Ice Cold Toy Box and Winter Wonderland Sofa are among them? – pikachu21

 

 

 

 

 

I had to go hunting for these ones, pikachu21, and it looks like those items aren’t on vacation — they’re officially retired! For a while, W Shop themes were being rotated out seasonally, and sometimes they got new items when they came back… and some didn’t come back. That appears to be the case for these four. Happy hunting in the trading room!

    What day of the month should one receive deluxe rewards?

      If it’s not the month the membership expires, the Deluxe gift box should be in your dock on the 1st of the month. The eStore points should show by the 2nd of the month. If it is the month the membership expires, you will not get your gift box or eStore points until you renew the membership.

        Why is it so difficult to renew a deluxe membership- thought it was automatic. The link on the email Ganz set does not open. No one answers the customers service line.
