It’s me, Fiona, back for another round of fan mail! As always, for my past answers, click here! Hi Fiona! Do you know whatever happened to the Aquatic Center theme? I have seen a lot of pictures of it and I would love to buy the pools that are in that theme. Do they pop up from time to time or was it a one-time thing? – Faithlovefan

I found the Aquatic Center Wallpaper and Flooring, which are items that can be sometimes found at Ganz eStore. Most items at Ganz eStore cycle in and out, so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled, especially for Odd Holidays!

Hi Fiona, what happens if you enter a Caring Valley code now, since the Caring Valley is closed? – kinzklipfan

Thanks for your question, kinzklipfan. Since the Caring Valley is closed, you won’t be able to plant saplings in it, but you’ll still receive an Enchanted Sapling to customize for your pet’s room.

Hello Fiona! One of my favorite themes of all time is Winter Wonderland. It’s a beautiful theme and I’ve loved it since the days back when we had a dedicated Link’d Room using the theme. Since I’ve noticed a handful of W-Shop items seem to be taking unannounced vacations lately, do you know if the Chilly Lounging Chair, Frosted Ice Floor Lamp, Ice Cold Toy Box and Winter Wonderland Sofa are among them? – pikachu21

I had to go hunting for these ones, pikachu21, and it looks like those items aren’t on vacation — they’re officially retired! For a while, W Shop themes were being rotated out seasonally, and sometimes they got new items when they came back… and some didn’t come back. That appears to be the case for these four. Happy hunting in the trading room!

Hey, Fiona! So I really love that Webkinz has a mobile app (when I first started playing in 2007, I dreamed of the day I could play Webkinz on something portable so I could take it everywhere with me!) My question is, do you think ZumWhere will come to the mobile app one day? I’d love to be able to play with my Zums too when I’m on the go. Thanks, Fiona!

Dear Fiona, What do you get when you join the helping paws club.

I love the Winter Wonderland Theme, too! I miss the Winter Wonderland Sofa, too! It would be so wonderful if they didn’t “retire” the older items, especially the those themes that are based on a holiday! Keep them in the WShop for us to buy with our KinzCash! There are a lot of us Webkinz Players that love to design holiday rooms all year! :-)

I would love to see a new rare theme, there hasn’t been a new one in quite some time. Also, would like the ability to buy floor tiles, like the snow or sand ones

    • pinkiecupcake says:

A new rare theme would be awesome!

    • noodle22 says:

I have also been hoping they’d make the floor tiles more available, the only one I can think of that you can get in the w shop is the mushroom tile that goes with the toadstool theme, I’m not sure what it’s actual name is but it can be found if you look in the toadstool theme.

Never heard of the Caring Valley and I have been playing a long time.

Caring Valley retired early 2013 – I was on a WW break at that time, so the info I’m passing along is from a fan site. Specific plush pets that you could buy from certain retail stores came with a green code tag that was separate from the blue adoption code tag. Entering the green code gave you four tree saplings and access to the Caring Valley. You were to plant your saplings in any of the five forests – each Forest was linked to a group of international charities – for example, one forest benefited education for children. The number of trees planted in a forest determined the amount of money donated by the Webkinz Foundation. After planting the four saplings, you were awarded an Enchanted Sapling that you could customize and place in your WW room. You were also given a prize form the Webkinz Cares prize pool. We’ve seen those prizes, like the rainbow hued bear, recently as wheel prizes. The Enchanted Saplings can be bought at the Estore, but I’ve gotten several different ones from Community Challenges and as prizes from different events in the past couple years.

The Caring Valley was a place that had different areas associated with non-profit charities. Some pets came with Caring Valley codes, which allowed you to plant 4 saplings in those areas. For every sapling planted, Ganz donated to an associated non-profit organization. When the 4 saplings were planted, an Enchanted Tree seed was added to the player’s account. If I’m not mistaken I think the seeds can still be found on the eStore sometimes, it gives you the opportunity to customize a tree decoration item.
