I renewed deluxe membership 3 days ago and still have nit received my e store cash- and 1000 pts went missing before my membership exspired- ganz has not returned my calls!!!

I also wanted to ask if there’s any chance we could see the classic orange and purple interface return as an option on the desktop versions? The new interface is great for mobile and tablet players, but I always think of the classic interface when I think of Webkinz since that’s the era I played in before coming back recently. And I’m sure this is very unlikely, but could physical eStore Points cards make a comeback? I know the eStore has the option to buy a code as a gift and print it, but I’d love to get a proper card to give to a friend just because I think that’s neat. I’d obviously prefer they come back to store shelves if they ever came back, but I’d be happy just to see them available online to have them mailed to the recipient.

Is there any chance the old Music Starz videos could be remastered now that they could be rendered on more modern hardware? In basically all of them there’s noticeable slow-down whenever there’s a lot of pets on screen simply because the hardware they were rendered on at the time couldn’t handle that well and the videos themselves are lower resolution since they had to be sent over the internet of the late 2000s. Given the pets are all vector graphics, I would assume it’d be possible to render the videos again at higher quality as long as the original project files weren’t lost? I always loved those videos, and it’d be really cool to see them re-released in the detail they could be nowadays.
