Dear Fiona, Has the virtual only e-store pet the Sleepy Woodland Dragon been retired? I have been saving my e-points with the hopes of purchasing one, but haven’t seen it in the Ganz E-Store in a very long time. I would love to add this fellow to my Webkinz family of pets!! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

Hey Peanut18, since we can link our Amazing world and Webkinz accounts together, what if Amazing world did also include the Webkinz items that came along with Mazin’ hamsters? Like if they actually open up Mazin’ hamsters on Amazing world’s sever then that way we would still be able to get the prizes for our Webkinz account again!

Hey Fiona, when will the invite feature on my kinzchat phone be fixed? I tried it on some of my friends who had the green smiley face and the invite button didn’t appear. I will be pleased if Ganz will be able to repair that for sure!

We’ve been having a lot of contests on WKN lately where players get to design items and pets that have a chance of being made into virtual items for Webkinz World. I think these are really cool opportunities since so many players have great ideas for additions to Webkinz. For a long time the “Suggestions” tab in the Contact Us section of the Webkinz World newspaper let you send ideas whenever you wanted, and now that feature has been moved to the forums section, where it is clearly quite popular. I was wondering if these less-official suggestions have ever resulted in new pets, items, or features being added to Webkinz World? Are there any specific examples of a player’s ideas being made part of the game outside a contest?

Dear Fiona, I was just playing Polarberry Jam on Webkinz World. I was on level 11, just getting the polarberries and dodging the yetis. When suddenly this message popped up saying “Done for the day? You can keep staying or log out” This message caught me off guard, making me lose the game! This has happened a few times now, is there any way that could be fixed?
