Please consider making all trophies storable in a storage container. Right now some are while others are not. At least make a trophy storage container like you did for wall paper!! Thanks, J.

Hi Fiona! Here are a couple for you–you can choose, or REALLY make my day & answer my question”S!!” 1. I answered ALL the questions at Quizzy’s long ago, so when my pet asks for that, it COSTS me kinzcash–can you have this fixed please? 2. Time was, I often got recognition as “Overall High Score Achieved” at Quizzy’s–CAN YOU BRING THAT BACK PLEASE–WAS SO NICE!!!!! 3. Big problem currently with Party Packs–causing all manner of glitches, missing items, etc.–just needs some attention, please & thank you! 4. YOU WILL BE MY HERO IF YOU CAN HELP WITH THIS ONE: I won the Morgan Fairy buddy long ago in the Family Score thing…However, I have been unable to locate him for about the same time–not sure which pet he got attached to, & have no way to figure it out. Have asked assistance from Customer Service & even they have proven unhelpful. CERTAINLY THIS ISSUE IS NOT BIGGER THAN GANZ ITSELF–WON’T YOU HELP ME PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. Someone should be able to “see” EVERYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT AND FIND MORGAN FOR ME, RIGHT? Hi Fiona. I need to clean out my clothes closets and dock. Do you know if there will be any improvement to the to the clothing in the January update? I like how you can search for a pet “dog”, “Siberian”, “Molly” maybe something similar could work for clothing “pink shirt”, “Academy”. Would you have any insight to this so maybe I could hold off doing this for a while and wait for the new feature? I think it is great look into these things for us. You have a very important job and I really appreciate your assistance.

hi Fiona, I have 100% on 3 of my zummies in the magical forest and 81% yellow zums and i completed the task i had to do and it didnt give me any zummies, it said i wasnt awarded zummies because my collection is full…but it’s not im waiting to get 87% so I can get the tree. I think they should give some yellows seeing that im only at 81% ??!!?? I dont understand… account 936bm

Hi Fiona, Can you find out if webkinz will ever make the Grumpy Cat available for purchase again? I wasn’t able to buy one when they first came out and my number one wish on webkinz is to own a grumpy cat! Thank you!

When will the glitch in Adenture Park be fixed that prevents us from doing daily challenges? I am frustrated that i can’t move forward.. Thanks!
