Was it a Visa Gift Card or Debit Card? Ganz eStore’s payment processor doesn’t officially accept those, though I’ve heard some people have some luck. A regular Visa or Mastercard credit card should work.

So I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem, but when my mom and I tried to get me a deluxe membership, it was the 3-month one, it said that there was an error. Then we tried again with another credit/debit card, but it didn’t work. This happened to me before about a year ago when we tried to get me a membership for another game I play, but when we used my mom’s card it didn’t work. I remember it said a reason for that could be if the bank the card was for didn’t support it or something, and it should’ve worked because the card is visa. In the end for that we had to use a PayPal account for it to work, I really hope that the problem isn’t that the bank doesn’t support it or something, because I don’t think that there’s a way to get the membership without a credit/debit card.
