I would like to say Thank You to Ganz for helping me so easily solving a problem I had renewing my deluxe membership. It took a few phone calls, two emails and a little patience but I finally got a call this morning from a Ganz agent and the problem was solved in minutes and with no problems. Thanks again Andre!

Called again today with no help so far. Was told someone would call me back. Would like to be activated so I can purchase snowflakes. Has anyone else had the GANZ STORE erased?

You should not have had to spend ‘hours’ every day filling hearts. It only takes me 15 minutes to refill my 65 pets hearts from the day before. If you are there, every day, you should only have to jump on the trampoline, run the treadmill, swim in the pool and go back to bed to recover. You only lose 25 points when the day turns over.

Nakama means ‘friend’ in Japanese. The whole idea behind the Nakamas focus around the making of virtual friendship bracelets to share with friends. It is similar in tasks and building skills as Amazing world and Webkinz World. You enter the codes online, similarly and you follow the path. It’s just a bit different because it started off more like a scrolling game with a Monkey character named Karmalee guiding you along. There are certain tasks you are required to complete in order to get elements to make these friendship bracelets, in their own gardens. Their Heart and soul is called the Friend Den which is a customizable clubhouse that houses a crafting station and message board. They have a Shopping market, similar to W Shop where you can find things you need for your clubhouse as well as fashionable items. Hope this answers your question.

I was just locked out of my GANZ STORE account saying they noticed I had not used it recently. There was NO PROBLEM SELLING ME MORE $$$$. I’d wanted to use some today. I have called them with no response yet.

Hey Fiona, one of my friends is considering getting me a deluxe membership for my birthday, but we’re not sure how that would work, since I don’t have an estore account.
