Hey, Fiona. Do you have any suggestions for how to have better chances of winning one of the scheduled webkinz stadium events? My pet has a diploma and completed the two other classes to unlock the arcade games; I’ve tried making recipes, running on the treadmill, and bathing or grooming my pet in the ready room while waiting for the competition to start, yet I can’t seem to place in the top 10. What are winning the competitions based on?

Hi Fiona. I have a suggestion and an issue. My suggestion is to have the option to transfer Webkinz account points to our eStore accounts where there is so much more available to purchase. (I have a lot sitting in my account that were gifted to me). My issue is with the Fairy Falls game. Won charms do not consistently show up in the charm “tree”. I have written technical support many times to no avail and now it is a featured game in Days of Play. Thank you so much!

When you go into the WShop, go to where you sell items. Drag the coin into a spot to sell it.

Hi, sureis–if you need to remove a friend from WW, open your friends list by clicking on the phone icon in the upper right side of your screen (to the right of your Family Score icon). It will “pop up” into the center of your screen, and say Kinzchat is inactive. Click the power button on the bottom of the phone, and your friends list will come up. Wait for it to load, then scroll through your friends’ usernames until you find the one you need to remove. Click on it to highlight it, then you can click the “remove” button (it has a minus ( – ) sign on it). You should see a message asking you if you are sure you want to remove the friend; click remove.

Hi, young2014–go to the W-shop and open the sell items counter. Drag your coins into the boxes and you will be able to sell them for the face value. If you have coin gift boxes, you have to open them first by dragging them into your pet’s room. Then you can sell them. Enjoy your KinzCash!
