dear fiona, i noticed on the ganz estore that theres a section called “figures, charms, and smileys”, except there are no charms. i would really like to open the charm forest on my accounts, except i cant afford paying for deluxe every month for that. will ganz ever sell virtual charms like they do with the figures? and also, will you ever sell codes to unlock zumwhere? it would be nice to be able to access those areas without having to get deluxe, except no more stores sell webkinz accessories that come with the unlockable codes. i would appreciate it and im sure many others would too if you responded. I’ve got good news and less than good news, cheekylean123. The good news is that Zums are absolutely available at Ganz eStore right now — when you unlock a Feature Code for a Zum, you will also get access to Zumwhere. Plus, you’ll get the Zum Buddy that you can add to your pet! As for virtual Charms… they do sometimes make an occasional appearance in the Ganz eStore. You’ll just have to keep your eyes peeled — with any luck, they’ll be back soon! You should also watch for upcoming Days of Play — that often includes free plays in the Magical Forest.
Dear Fiona – How does Ganz choose which video will be shown every week in the Kinzville Movie Theater? I really enjoy watching the videos in the theater and winning the prizes after answering the questions about the video. Please, I’d like to request that the video “Koala Holiday” be shown again in the near future. It hasn’t been shown in a very long time and I would love to win more of those beautiful fancy black sombreros. Thanks so much! BeezKneez

Hi Fiona, here’s another question for you. I know that many players are concerned about losing the Social aspect of Webkinz World when ganz switches to the new app. Will there be continue to be multi-player capabilities? I assume a server will still be used for this purpose. Will there still be an Adventure Park? Will we be able to access the Clubhouse, trade in game, chat with friends in the Park, play Tournament Arena games with other players who are actual humans, or anything else that constitutes the Social aspect of Webkinz World? Of all the possibilities coming with the new app, this one concerns me the most, especially as I’m seeing the Comments section of the Fan Videos feature here on the news discontinued. The Social aspects of this game are HUGE for many players. Please let us know whether these features are planned to continue. Thanks, Fiona, as always, you rock!

Fiona, can you explain how to get the prizes from the Coral Cove on the Vacation Island?
I’d love to know the answer to this one too. I’ve won the raffle at the Party in Coral Cove 4, that’s four, times now since Webkinz X launched & no prize has ever been awarded. I would suggest that you discontinue the raffles altogether since the prizes are apparently no longer given, it seems rather disingenuous to go on disappointing people & wasting their time like this. It’s evident at this point that this feature is not going to be “fixed”, so why not just remove it.
when will objects be fixes like tv’s working, swimming pools working all the items that were ruined when changeover was done? We never got an update on that
I do remember a staffer stating in the comments here that the TV’s were going to be fixed. That was 2 years ago, though…at this point, I think ganz is pouring all the available staffer-power & money into finishing the new Webkinz app for when Flashplayer ends. I so miss my animated items, including the TV’s. People ask all the time when we can expect to see the rest of our damaged items restored but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a response on this. Can you help us find out, Fiona? Are there really any plans to make the TV’s work again in Webkinz World, or are they just non-animated pieces of furniture now? And are there still plans to rewrite/repair the remaining animated items that are non-functional? Thank you so much, Fiona!
Will there ever been a mobile version of the kinz chat plus clubhouse for us to trade and socialize with friends? I’m worried what will happen when Flash is totally phased out. It’s important to have a social aspect.
not to be rude or anything but koala holiday is obviously not about the holidays and it is just using the word “holiday” like the word “vacation” or something. just sayin’

Sadly, the feature to invite friends to our houses disappeared over three years ago when Webkinz X was introduced. :-(
You can’t anymore. It’s horribly glitched like inviting friends to your house with the party packs that aren’t in theme rooms. I’ve never experienced a time where it has gone to the full load screen.
