I now have not gotten the Orange room from the Goblin room that DID NOT go to my dock. Very sorry because it is so cute. Did anyone have success getting this?

I have not gotten 2 goblin houses/gazebos when I clicked on the green mushroom and they appeared on 2 different accounts- but they did not go to my dock. Will this be fixed??? Thanks

hi there, I am not Fiona (obviously) but almost every game in the deluxe challenges take me a bazillion tries to get all the kc–remember how easy they are making it for us to get a trophy VERSUS how difficult it can be to get them otherwise. I would love the chili pepper trophy, e.g., but my sombrero will NEVER be big enough!! ;) best to you, k.

Dear Fiona, May you please explain how we can exchange our pet medallions from pets we do not want to the pet we do? We are told to exchange 10 for one; however, there is no link or way to make this happen. The only pets I want of course require 200, so this is going to take a very long time, especially if we can’t exchange medallions, the unevenly steep trade that it is; I am anticipating I will get my “FREE” pet in about 10 years. Hi Fiona! Since the GanzWorld Rewards program is being retired soon, I was wondering if maybe Ganz could add some of the old WKN food prizes to the “Spend Your Moneyz!” tab? Like the Best/Friends cupcakes or the Mazin Hamsters drinks or the PB&J Choco Cup or… just any of the old WKN food prizes?

Please tell me where halloween cottages were for sale & are they still available. 1 was polka dots, 1 was striped and don’t remember the 3rd one. Thank you – sure hope I didn’t miss them!
