Dear Fiona, why is it so hard to find Webkinz in stores? It seems like Ganz is trying to transition to online-only, which can be hard for some kids like me. Why does it seem like I have such trouble finding Webkinz in stores?

Hi, Fiona. My question is if I sell a dresser back to the W-shop and i forgot to empty it, do I lose the clothing in it? (I can’t find my seashell shoes!!)

Dear, Fiona! My sisters and I just got sick and tired from amount of Pixie pod Seeds. Couple years ago some kid wrote to you that he loves them and since this time we got zillions of them. We think if somebody loves them so much could purchase them from estore, please make them available for everyone who loves them. For us this is boring and we practically cannot get anything else from Forest. Please help us!

Hey Fiona…I am a long time deluxe member..and usually buy my memberships a couple at a time. The only downside to this is that I get the same pet. There are quite a few of us who would BUY MORE MEMBERSHIPS if we had a choice between 2 to 4 pets. I am sure you guys love selling more memberships and this would be a WIN WIN for both the estore and players who tend to hold off cause they don’t need 4 (yes you read that right 4 ) of the same pet. Please put a bug in the estore’s ear. THANKS For doing an amazing job…..

Thank you, Alphaowlbear! I just bought a Silver Treasure Chest, but unfortunately the Mayor Quack KinzCash Coin doesn’t fit in it. I discovered that the Amazing Treasure Chest also holds all but the Mayer Quack coin. It only fits in the Lucky Coin Box.

Hi GinnyRainbow – I found that the Gold and Silver Treasure Chests – the ones that have a shamrock on the front – also hold 8 of these specialty coins. But, yes, I agree it would be nice to have some other containers.

Dear Fiona, I was just organizing the coins I collected from Webkinz Newz Week, and discovered that besides the Lucky Coin Box I received as a gift, there is no place to store them. Is there any chance of the current storage containers in the W-Shop being made so the coins can be stored in them? Thank you.

I really like the idea of having Deluxe games being in the Spree Store – not everyone can be Deluxe all the time.
