Dear Fiona, Does adopt a pet with pet medallions count as adopting a pet? Because my sister thought she would be able to unlock the adopt a pet option. Thanks, CuteSarahFriend
Thanks for your question, CuteSarahFriend! Adopting a Medallion pet does not have the same effect as adopting using an Adoption Code or through the W Shop. While Adopting a Medallion pet will get you many of the adoption gifts, it does not extend your Full Membership.

Hi, AddieClaire11! Let me see if I can help you here. When you click on Newz Blog, it shows you everything that’s posted, in all categories. So articles that are in the eStore category don’t necessarily show up on the front page, but it will show up here. The front page shows everything from our Announcements category, and Recent News shows you the rest of the Announcements that aren’t on the front page anymore.
Hey Fiona! I’m a member with a new account and I’m on the “Keep in Touch: Playtime with your pet’s friends!” and it asks me to play Checkers with a friend. I’ve played about 10 games of Checkers and nothing has happened! I’m really sick of Checkers now. Can I fix this? Thank you, Unicorngirl2000

do webkinz codes expire ?
yup they do.
Codes that are given away on webkinz newz might, and if they do there will be an expiration date listed. Webkinz plush pets, codes on physical items purchased, and pets or anything else purchased off ganz estore do not.
hey i have a question when you right in a code for the code shop and it says its invalid does that mean its used or not correct because i got a lil kinz mouse and put t in and it says its invalid and i paid a lot for it please help with this issue it happened to three of my pets that i bought

For webkinz pets (not including mazin’ hamsters, zum buddies, or kinzclips) you adopt them/redeem the codes at the adoption center, not enter it at the code shop. Hope this helps!

It’s the Green Shimmer Snake. Doesn’t look like it’s currently available on Ganz eStore. They cycle their pets in and out regularly. If they do a green promotion for St. Patrick’s Day, it’ll probably show up, and it’ll more than likely be available for National Snake Day in July.
Also, does anyone know if there are going to be any new plush releases this month? I’ll admit, I am getting a little worried… it’s not like Ganz to skip over a month like that :s I know they couldn’t have possibly run out of ideas, considering all the suggestions we players give them on a regular basis.

I renewed my deluxe membership at the beginning of the month and had to enable 3rd party ads again. Once I enabled ads again I could watch videos again.
Hi there Fiona! I adopted a pet Axoltol a few days ago but I’m having problems with it that another player I know who owns one has these issues as well – when viewed from the front but facing towards the left, her hat comes off. Another issue is that bigger shoes like sandals don’t work because the legs of the pet isn’t layered right so the leg goes over the foot itself. Please fix this! I would love to have my Axoltol actually be able to wear shoes and be able to Ski on my ski slopes without issues.

Dear Fiona, I was wondering why it is six months and I only need one gem left for the Crown of Wonder but most days when I go to the cave it is most likely to be found it I end up not finding any gems or gems I have multiples of. I recall playing this when I was really young with my mom and we had multiple Crowns of Wonder. Just wondering if it is because it is the last gem I need or if there is a glitch. Thanks for all your help!
