Hi, Sneally123! Let’s see if I understand the question — you see, Webkinz World accounts don’t really expire the way they used to anymore. Once your full membership expires, you can still play as a free player! But if you haven’t logged in a long time, a few other things might happen. After 18 months, your account is archived. If you try logging in, you’ll get a message that your account has to be retrieved from the archive, but you should be able to log in normally after 24 hours or so. If your account has been inactive for 7 years, we are legally required by privacy laws to delete the account. In that case, you would not be able to retrieve your account. If you do not remember your username and password, please get in touch with webkinzsupport@ganz.com
What ever happened to the game Bamboo Break? From what I’ve heard it was only around for a couple years, and when it was removed from the Arcade, people thought it was just being updated, yet it never returned. Is the game officially retired or is it possible that it will return? – CheekyCat
Thanks for the question, CheekyCat! Bamboo Break was retired. While there is a possibility it might return one day, there aren’t any immediate plans to do so.

Dear Fiona, A few weeks ago I adopted and logged in my new Ragdoll Cat. And while I have no problems playing in Webkinz World, I have an issue with one of the questions that you have to answer when adopting a new pet. How come there is not a non-binary checkbox when you have to select your pet’s gender? I did not like having to choose between my pet being a boy or a girl. So if you could add a non-binary checkbox next to the boy and girl checkboxes I sure would appreciate it, and I’m sure other non-binary people out there would too. Thanks, Cupcakeflowers.

Fiona: I am a member with automatic renewal which is very helpful; however, each year my renewal comes with the same pet. I now have 4 Scottish Terriers. I love this pet but would like to have another choice when my April renewal comes due. Is this possible? Thank you, Pookabrunk

Dear Fiona, I was wondering… why are some clothing pieces from Estore Deluxe Appreciation Days tradeable while other items from the same outfit are not tradable? I’ve missed a couple of appreciation days in the past and would really like to be able to trade for the items I missed to complete the outfits. Will these clothing items ever be made tradeable? If not, will there ever be another chance for me to get the missing pieces? Thanks!

Hi fiona i was wondering if there were going to be any new webkinz plush pets this year? So far it has been TWO months and NO new plush pets!! I am getting concered that they are no longer going to make new plush pets and instead just have the pet of the month for the plush pet instead of a new plush pet! :(
I discovered that none of the TVs in my rooms turn on anymore with programs and that the Time Machine I have no longer has animation. Is this due to the major changes done in the Webkinz website? Thank you.
It’s been almost 4 years since all the TV’s stopped working – ever since Webkinz X was introduced – it’s also the same reason many room items don’t work or appear broken.
