Hey Fiona, Maybe you can help me. Today I found the gem of the day at the Curio Shop. It is the Torch Treasure. Arte Fact said that because I found the gem of the day, he would give me 120 kinzcash and a special surprise gift if I sold my gem. So I did. But then he just gave me the kinzcash and no surprise gift! And on top of that, I do not have the gem yet, so this was the first one I found! So I sold it and did not get a gift like he said I would! So Now I have No gem, and no surprise gift box, and no gem I can say I got as the gem of the day! So if there is anyway I can at least get my Gem back I would appreciate it. And even if I do get my gem back I will not be able to say I got it as the gem of the day. And maybe you should change what Arte Fact says when you get the gem of the day so this does not happen to me again or anybody else. Hope you Can Help, Cupcakeflowers

Have you collected the Floating Jumbleberry Jam chocolate here on Webkinz Newz? Also, if the floating chocolate was the last candy you collected, you still have to go back to the park and click on the collection icon to get the grand prize.
