Hello, I know you said that it is not possible to change one’s name on Webkinz, but I am transgender and the name my pets call me is my deadname. Could customer service please find a way to update my name?

Unfortunately, Mazin’ Hamsters has been discontinued. You can still get webkinz hamsters, but you can’t access Mazin’ Hamsters anymore.
