Hi, Fiona. I’ve sent ganz support e-mails regarding being stuck on a quest in Adventure Park (due to technical difficulty) and the changing of a pet name (as I inadvertently pasted my pet’s code for her name) over a month ago and no response nor fixing of these issues. I don’t want to be a nuisance and re-send my e-mails as I know they are busy. How long do you recommend before re-sending or should I just be more patient?? Thanks!

Would you ever consider adding a search bar to the W-shop? It’s become full of so many items, it can be a little tricky to find what you’re looking for. Plus it could make designing rooms easier if I could type in something like “blue” and all the blue items would come up, or “coffee table” to pull up all the low tables.

I agree. I don’t like it when my pets ask me to buy a heaping pile of things that I don’t need. 90% of the time I play, I keep my pets in bed, that way they can’t ask me to buy a bunch of items that are useless to me. A tip that I can give you is to instead of selling an item you don’t like very much right away, save it until your pet asks you to buy them an item, then sell it. That way you have a little extra kinzcach in your pocket to buy that item. I use this tip quite often myself. If I get a shelf or something that I don’t really like, I keep it in my dock until I need to sell it for kinzcach to help go towards buying a new Clawfoot Bathtub that costs 1,200 kinzcash, a new Hot Pink Cool Fridge for 1,100 kinzcach, or some other junk that I don’t need.
