My membership renewal was due in Jun. I wanted to use a code I had, but I could not find where to make the change on my membership page. I sent an Email to customer service about this on 16 Jun. No reply, I was stuck on my expire date from the 19th of Jun until today when I got canceled. I had posted my problem again about 3 weeks ago, but still no reply. I did get to use my code, so I am back Deluxe, but lost my Jun Deluxe gift box. It would be nice if the Membership page at the eStore was more user friendly. Loyal webbie from 2008.
