Why, all of sudden, am I getting a “You already purchased this app” message when I try to buy the pass for my 2nd account??????????????? I had to jump through HOOPS to get a pass for my other account. I’ve NEVER encountered this issue before. Please have it looked into and rectified.

I should finish up tomorrow or the next day, thanks to the additional points I got with the pass, which came in really handy since I was gone and didn’t get to play at all during week 3.

You’ll need to send a message through Help so they can investigate your account. You should include what floorings you’ve tried.

I will finish by the 17th. On another note, I cannot get into the Ganz estore today. It’s not the first time this has happened, will it be fixed? All of the other websites I’ve accessed today are working, so I don’t think it’s my computer.

Desktop Webkinz keeps logging me out. If I can get anything done it’s with a lot of Please wait… Any idea when this will be fixed. It started yesterday. I also can’t get into the park or the clubhouse. This site is also slow to load.

There's no need to spam the same message. Flooring will be fixed with the next update. The workaround in the meantime is to drag a different flooring into the affected room.
