Hey everybody! That was a fantastic field trip! It makes me want to go to the Grand Canyon now more than ever! Just so I’m clear, the field trips are not once a day through Sept. 7, right? We’ll get a new one every few days? I wonder where we’re going next? They could be like Ms. Frizzle on the Magic School Bus and take us to outer space, and then to the bottom of the ocean! Please, Sophie! Tell me you’ve borrowed Ms. Frizzle’s bus!

Hi BH144. The coyote is in the foreground between the tent & the lava waterfall, standing on the cracked dried up mud tiles. It’s almost exactly the same color as the tiles & hard to see.
