GANZ-ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE GLITCH? You did not warn us that there was a glitch. I spent 2100 Kinzcash on 2 houses and a Cloud buddy, sent these from 5 accounts to my other 5 accounts and cannot open the boxes. Can Customer support open them or reimburse me, if I contact them? PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION, THANKS!

That’s an impressive number of bonus rolls @bonesbongo! I always used to use all of my rolls as I received them. But then I read a post where someone advised saving the bonus ones. It makes it easier to make an emergency run to the mall if the WW team suddenly announces that they are retiring an item that you didn’t get yet. I did it this past time because I wanted to get the coffee table for a friend and myself before it was gone. I had just recently been to the mall so it took me 55 rolls to get back for the emergency shopping trip. I am so glad that I save the bonus rolls now!

I agree! I often lose more credits than I gain when playing the Spree rolls. There are so many ways to lose credits but very few ways to gain them. I wish they could improve those odds a bit. ;) It takes so long to get to the mall and then to not have enough credits to get anything worthwhile is very annoying.

Thank you to whoever sent me the electric keyboard with two goo-goo berry berry fest 2020 posters. I was so excited, I didn’t even look at the username, but I did send a note saying: “Thank you! You’re the best friend ever!”. I send that because of the limited Webkinz messages, I didn’t get to say how grateful I am that you went and got the keyboard for me with your mall credits. I never have even gone to the mall yet, and I loved the keyboard so much and was so upset that they were retiring it before I even got to the mall! Thank you so much, Me and my pets love our new electric keyboard and two goo-goo berry posters. The electric keyboard looks great in their playroom, and the goo-goo berry posters help decorate my kitchen. Thanks again, Animalgirl4eva.

These new prizes are great, the mall definitely needed an update. I do wish you would make it easier to get mall credits. I often have more credits taken away than I earn in Spree rolls. I would much rather earn mall credits than Kinzcash as there are so many games and other ways to earn KC. I think I went to the mall a couple of weeks ago and just bought the medallion 5 pack.

Are you going to fix the glitch? I sent the cloud with other new Spree prizes in 5 accounts and cannot open them in my Kinz post. Therefore, I lost all of them? Can you open them if I contact Support?
