that happened to me too, Bobby. I have alot of accounts too and did recess on a bunch the other day and no new picture awarded at all. Not fun if very very low chance of getting it. Please make it easier to get. Thanks much.

Edge is a browser. It’s the newer version of Internet Explorer. If you have a new computer, that’s likely what you’re using (it’s a dark blue lowercase “e”). Unfortunately, it does not support all aspects of Webkinz World. Our recommended/supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox or Safari. You might have luck with others, but those are the ones that we test against.

I have the same issue..don’t know what Edge is and don’t want Chrome or Firefox..too many issues with them both and have a brand new computer so shouldn’t be having these issues.
