The reset on Webkinz Newz is 12am GMT, which is around 7 or 8pm EST. If you collect every 24 hours consistently, you should be fine.

I’m having the same issue, except with the Floating Valentine Clicky here on Newz. I thought everything reset at midnight EST, and I was able to get the Floating Bubblegum Chocolate just now, but it says “Campaign Expired” every time I click on the Floating Valentine……. I won’t be able to get all 50 Valentines needed for the grand prize in Classic if I can’t get the extra one from Newz each day. Any suggestions from other players or from Customer Service??

Did you have trash in your bag at the Kinzville Park? That may have covered up the collection icon.

Hi! I have the same issue as others – I have captured the Peanut Butter Chocolate yet I have not had it shown up on my account and it doesn’t give me credit for capturing it – why? Can someone at Ganz give me the credit and post it to my account? This is the second day this has happened! Help!!!!!!

I am having the same problem. When I went back to the park to claim the sofa, I found a trash bag in place of the Chocolate Collection Seal. How can I claim the sofa that I earned?

Hi Sally. Why is it that you have to wait approx 24 hours to get your next chocolate in Webkinz News (as well as Any events you have)? If you can’t play until evening during the week, but on the weekends you want to play earlier, it won’t let you!! It says Campaign Expired! I wonder how many people don’t get something that day because of that message, not knowing that if they come back later (approx 24 hours later), that they CAN get it?? It’s Saturday morning and now I have to wait until 9 PM to do my events on Webkinz News (floating chocolate, heart, PeakANews, Berry Tart!!) This isn’t good!! Why can’t this be changed? Thanks for your help, and all of the goodies for Valentine’s Day (month). :-)
