Dragonslair, check the email that they have registered with your account in the store. I recently had the very same thing happen to me and the woman I spoke with mentioned not all that long ago, they had an update for the estore and basically what it did was to reset my email address from the one I currently use, to one I haven’t used in months if not a year or more! It did the same thing with my Husband’s account too!

I’m unable to get the free berry :( No matter what browser I use or how many times I close or refresh it when I click on my shopping cart it keeps telling me there is an error and I can’t access my cart. Not cool :(
