Same issue. I put it in my cart but when I go to checkout it says “Sorry, there seems to be an error with your request.” :(

I did have the same issue, then I realized I was supposed to click an acceptance box on the far right towards the bottom. I hope that helps

when I’m logged into webkinz.com, I somehow can’t log in to ganzworld.com or the estore. So I log out of Webkinz and log in to the other 2 sites, and then I can buy the eStore berry basket and catch the floating berry basket in Ganzworld. It’s all the same; it goes to your Webkinz dock when you log back in.

Thank you love it. But today it not letting me I have try 3 times , guess I miss today. It keeps saying I already when I have not. Please fix it is anyone have same issue or just me, hmm.
