No, that is terrible. I have never seen that message. Do you know where the upper right hand corner of the screen you can report a problem on next you go to the help icon and don’t choose one of the topics they give you just report a problem it says at the bottom of the little box and tell them, they usually respond within a day and tell you they’re referring it to technical services .

I’m sorry to say, but you may be losing deluxe members as you are giving more to the POM and other people. I’ve been a deluxe member for years, and we just aren’t getting any bang for our buck anymore
