You don't get eStore points until you redeem the code. If you upgraded and entered the username of the account you wanted to upgrade, then the points go to your Webkinz account and not your eStore account, I just now noticed. I have to write customer support myself and you can't get the extras for spending points if it's on your Webkinz account instead of your eStore account and you can't send anything to your other Webkinz accounts either. :( :( Did you upgrade an account or redeem the code to update it?
