It probably has to do with copyright issues, advertising contracts, and where a certain movie can and cannot be promoted through third party sites to the company that produced it -for example, a company like Disney may only agree to have their movie advertised by Webkinz, which is third-party and not affiliated with them, in one country at a time only. Something like that would be my guess -it’s too complicated to understand advertisement regulations sometimes. Either way, if only one can have it at a time, Canada deserves a chance too.
