I thought at first it wasn't working at all, but finally found a small spot around 7 o'clock in the circle that would open it. I also found that certain items (specifically the berries from Jumbleberry Fields) also have a similar problem--you can't grab them to put in your jars without hitting a very exact spot. This happened across three family accounts, and I tried exiting and reopening and it was still an issue. Would love to see this addressed. It makes playing difficult/annoying. Thx.
