But what kind of phone do ya have? I have an iPhone 5C, and I'm at iOS 8.4, and it works fine. Maybe check if there's another update. But my friend has an iPhone 4, and she can't update over a certain iOS. If that's what you have, maybe there was something wrong with compatability or something. If that's the case, the only solutions would be 1: Get Mobile on something else, 2: Get a new phone, or 3: I can send you any Mobile items you need. Hope this gets solved and have a great day!
