To clear your cache and cookies (in FF) you look at the top of the browser, select TOOLS, from the pull down menu select> CLEAR RECENT HISTORY, a pop up window with what you want to clear appears, select COOKIES/CACHE, click oK, REFRESH browser with F5 and off you go!! You can also GOOGLE how to do this for other browsers..good luck.

Same here! I clicked on the pot of gold, put in my username and password, and it said the next time I logged onto
Webkinz I would get 250 Kinzcash, but I didn’t get any Kinzcash at all! Maybe it’s a glitch?
P.S. If you want shutter shades find me in Kinzchat Plus, on Light Blue!
