Foxy2098! Merry Christmas! When you are on the home page here on Webkinz Newz (the first page that you go to whenever you come to the website, and the page you come back to whenever you click the “Webkinz Newz” tab), what is the first thing that you see at the top of the page underneath the bar of purple tabs? Approx. 3.5 inches / 9 cm. down from the top of my screen (yes, I really did measure!), there are three yellow tabs “Announcements”, “Ganz Estore”, “Events”. Click on that third tab and the current events, like the desktop app video will be shown. I really hope that the Ganz team will do an article with screen shots featuring these new tabs and how they can help us. Does this help to make things any clearer? Sally Webkinz, I’m still treading water, but I think it might be time for a lifeline please. Any assistance (diagrams, arrows, screenshots, videos) would be greatly appreciated!

I re-downloaded the app from the Webkinz homepage and I still have the same problem.

Okay guys, I got this! On the top of the home page, there’s a changing display banner rimmed in GOLD/YELLOW/AMBER. This is right under all of the purple tabs that we are used to which still have all of the stuff that we are used to using. The golden frame has 3 tabs. The first is scrolling through the three main “Announcements”. The second tab is for “Estore” – 3 Estore related articles are highlighted when you click that. The third tab “Events” is the one that you want. It is scrolling through the articles: “Get a Holiday Baked Good from the Holiday Silver Kitchen…”, “Watch the Desktop App Video…”, and “Sneak Peek: Holiday Bake Sale!” I hope that this helps, but if you are still searching, please come back and let me know and I will try to describe it differently. Have yourselves a merry little Christmas, and God bless us everyone!

Thanks, Beckinz8. Where is the new Events tab? All I can find is the old one under the Contests tab, and I, too, can only see Peek-a Newz, floats and Monthly Meal as always. How am I not seeing this, LOL.

@Beckinz8—Thanks for the reminder re: the Events tab-I check it daily but I’ve never seen the reindeer bake sale kitchen there (just the Narwhal Peek-A-Newz Challenge, Candy Cane Collection Floaty Clicky + the Monthly Meal – Icy Frosty). I did bookmark the reindeer bake sale kitchen page on my computer, though….

I haven’t been able to play on the Webkinz desktop app for a couple days. I can log in but then I just have a blue screen with the top hotbar (including mail, cellphone, etc). I’ve been having to log in on the website to get my daily stuff.
