I have checked my dock and all containers in all my rooms. Since it cannot be sold and I know I didn’t trade it I can only guess I was just not awarded that particular trophy. I am sad and disappointed. This is what the email response said.
Thank you for your question. You had an issue with receiving a prize from Webkinz World. If you did not receive your prize please make sure to check your dock for the item.
Please try to log out of your account and then back into your account. Missing items have been noted in accounts that may have items stored improperly (items blocking doorways, overloading rooms excessively with items). For more information on how to store items and decorate rooms correctly please refer to the Webkinz Guide, which can be found in the ‘Things to Do’ menu once you log-in.
Please be advised that, as stated in our User Agreement, the website and all materials contained on it are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any lost or missing items resulting from a minor anomaly on the website will NOT be awarded.

Today’s date is August 31, 2021. I was recently checking my trophies and realized that I was not awarded the Home Lab trophy. I have since completed and recieved the University Lab trophy. So I’m wondering if it was a glitch and how can I get the trophy?

Hi Shadowlily92 – you are not alone – this is happening to me also. Thanks for posting, I thought I was going crazy. So far, Webkinz’s response to my inquiry has been : “change your password.” I’ve reloaded the app, cleared my cache and restarted my computer but no change has been observed.

The date is 4/23/17. I have been trying to play goober’s atomic adventure for the last 2 or three days it has been letting me play the game but at the end it says something like “webkinz is not working come back later” then it automatically takes me to the news paper page. why is the website doing this. it was working fine but the last couple of days it has been doing this every time and i loose a life in goobers atomic adventure because of it even if i complete the board. please fix this. thank you :)

Hoorah, I just finished level 6 and got my trophy. Love all the ooze. I never thought I’d get done with that last beaker and man, all of a sudden, I got the 145,000 points needed and it took off and I ended up with 225,000 points. (thud). Hope you’ll add level 7 soon. I love this game.

Like playing this game but get frustrated with the way the extra moves get used up at the end of a game. I can finish with 2 stars, 26 moves and still not get enough points to get to 3. I definitely don’t get 26 blasts and they all seem to appear at once – perhaps using only 4 or 5 at a time before issuing the next would help us advance. I hope these games have been designed so that you can win and advance to the next levels without using “bought” extras. Also it would be nice if someone buys you an extra help that you could use it when and where ever you want.
