I know, I got the same reply (also mentioning the Snowy retrievers). I am also very sad about this. Has the update today changed anything for you at all? I am glad that I am not the only one, because Support does not seem to know what the problem was.

I finally heard from Webkinz support. They said that there should be floating snowy retriever medallions as well as daily medallions. But it’s not Dec yet. They said it could be a while in between floating medallions. But there are NO medallions at all. So confused and still no help

Sally Webkinz Thank you for the explanation. I should have realized it. Sometimes the belt items are hard to see, depending on the pet and the rest of their outfit. I just have to pay attention a bit better.

I think the most interesting bit about this is that it stopped floating for us at different dates, so there is no (obvious) common reason. I checked my calendar and for my second account, it stopped floating after the 20th October, for my main account after the 21st.

Thanks for mentionig this, I have had this problem for over a week now (almost two weeks), and I e-mailed Webkinz supprot about it, but so far, no luck. It is really bothering me. I must say I am just glad I am not the only one who has this problem. I have mentioned it on here, too.

You used to be able to select North American, European or Asian, but you couldn't select more specific than that. Those options were removed for new players years ago.

No, they are not appearing at all since October 25 on PC or phone app on my account. I’m not the only one having this issue and customer service isn’t responding

Wasn’t back in the “earlier” Webkinz, when it asked for more personal things like addresses & emails, you could…? My friend got her account in 2007 & her time zone is Bulgarian which really messes me up, lol.
