Hey, Webkinz…can you get back to me on this? I was super excited for this Player Appreciation Day, I just couldn’t remember what day it was. I understand why I didn’t earn this; I technically didn’t log in on the web on September 21st. I had a family event. But on September 21st I DID play on mobile; in fact, I also played on September 20th, carrying over to September 21st, so I did play on the web that day, I just didn’t log out and log in again, so Webkinz World didn’t recognize and give me the Player Appreciation prize. What’s more, I have played every single other day this September. Pretty sure I logged in every day, too (not 100% sure). So…is there any chance you can make an exception for me?

i’m kinda freakin out because I couldn’t remember what day this was…so yeah, since my cousin had her wedding shower on September the 21st, i’ve played every single day this month. what do we do if we didn’t get our 4 pack gift? Two of my families accounts did not get theirs. we logged in the same times of the day as the others in the family & they got theirs. Thanks in advance.

I was really hoping for some of those apple seeds. Shame. I got one of the peach, which I love, but I do adore the apple seeds. I do not suppose anyone has an extra packet?
