Are you talking about Webkinz Classic? There was no box. The Lovely Wall Art was automatically added to your Dock when you logged in. Look for it under the Decorations section of your dock. If you're talking about Webkinz Next, it should be in the Friend Center (where you get your notifications from friends, collection events, etc.)

I have a petition, for me and the ones it does not get the Valentine Gift Box, do we have the way to get it. During San Valentine Day I tried so many times and I did not get it. Go to the search button here at Webkinz Newz and type “Printable Valentine’s Day Card With FREE Code!” There, you should be able to find a code for the wallpaper.
