I think if you say forgot password and type the email in, it’ll send a reset email if there is an account associated with it. Other than that, I don’t know but I hope this helps!

Hi Katz1259 Thank you so much for trying to help! I love that players try to help when the Webkinz team is too busy to respond. I do not have an estore account and sadly, even if I did it wouldn’t help. There is NO clothing machine on the mobile app. So all the players with no access to a computer cannot use their dyes. And sadly they CANNOT use kinzpost because you cannot add friends on the mobile app. Yet you can add friends on the mobile app in Next.

You can send the premium DIY dyes from the estore directly to your friend’s account. Click on send as a gift, enter their USER ID* twice and complete order as normal. * Make sure the USER ID is correct because there is no way to get your items back and you would hate for them to be floating in the ethernet for all eternity, with no place to call home. **Also please note that your friend will receive the items in their account but they are not notified as to which friend sent it to them. I have used this method without any problems. I also send my friend an email letting her know I have sent her a small surprise and to watch for it.

We can send friend requests in Next on the mobile app and I would like to know if this will ever be available in Classic on the mobile app. I want to send friends the DIY items. Please SallyWebkinz or MichaelWebkinz let me know. Thank you!
