I haven’t been given points earned in Polarberry Jam for about 2 weeks. I was moving quickly through part 2 of this challenge till this glitch started. I’ve reported this problem twice to the HELP people but nothing has been done. HELP PLEASE.

Ah yeah, I can relate! I haven’t been on very much at all this month. When I do, it’s typically for only a few minutes, and I keep forgetting to do it :P The last few days, I’ve gotten so caught up in other things, that I pretty much only have the time to maybe log in on the app. I hope I can get on more soon and work on that! Well, despite this, I hope we can both be able to complete it!

Same here! I’ve only collected the mittens so far… I’m about halfway done with the polar plunge activity, and I uh, haven’t started on the other one yet. Thanks! It makes me feel a bit better than I’m not the only one, heheh. I hope both of us will be complete it by the end of the month :)
