How do you get the new game? I have an Apple product and can’t download the Microsoft version of the game. When I try to download the Apple version it says it isn’t available in the US Apple app store??? Is this only for Canada?

PLEASE HELP !!! When I go to the NEW Webkinz I don’t see the prize box in the right hand side of my screen. Have been in the park since Tuesday 3 hours each day …still NOT 1 ball .. WHY ?????

I get more just by standing still, rather than chasing all over to look for them. Your share will drop and bounce near where you are. I also discovered that if they are in an area such as under a swing, just line up with the ball and click on an area where the ball landed. Your pet will run over the target as it passes. I also line pet up with several in a row and click on the furthest. Your pet will pick up all balls along that line as it runs.

I have only had found balls on one day. All the others there has been nothing. I have 5 balls. Although I believe the only time they showed up there were more than 5 that I collected. Do I need to do something special to have them start to show up?

I really wish we could pick what prizes to get when we trade the balls in, I’ve now got 8 Airplanes and no Plushy I’ve been trying for 2 days now. I sincerely beg that next time an event like this happens we can pick what prizes we want instead of having to get the same thing many times and never get the one we want.
