They will give you the phone number to call and extension of the person handling your issue in an email. Not every number is the same.

You would have to purchase the membership now, and then apply it to your account in the summer.

I ordered my membership on the first and haven’t heard anything yet but before when I’ve had issues they have responded and given me what I was owed. I’m giving them some time but would really like my items now.

I bought the deluxe membership in November, I received nothing. I had to call. They gave me everything that was owed.

January 1st was a holiday, so customer service would just be getting to the backlog today. I'm sure they will be able to address your issues if you give them some time.
