I’m sad that the Superfan theme is gone, but at least I have all the items so I can complete the challenge! :)

I really don’t like how they retire things either. I think it’s because the W-shop has a limit of space for items, so when they want to add new features/ items, they must remove some items, too.

Christascience, many players experienced the same problem you have, so I believe ganz posted a help article that said you have to drag the TV into the room , click on it, and HIT THE POWER BUTTON, DON’T HIT A SHOW ON THE REMOTE, HIT THE POWER BUTTON! and you will see that this works, try it, it worked for me! ;) hope this helps1

Okay, I really just this first try from being lazy! I went it my pets room and I think you may have to remove the TV, so I did that. (if you had to, I had to do that a couple weeks ago I may not have it right) So, I clicked power and then I won! I hope this helps!
