One of my daughters put it in her room, and it doesn’t work. It works fine on my other daughter’s account. Is anyone else having issues?

Look at it this way….not only do you get two apple fritters every day instead of one like most of us, but the apple fritters are a REALLY good hunger booster, so you get two FREE good hunger boosters every day!

Mayor Sophie, I think it would be nice if you were to look into all the issues we are having on the Webkinz App. Like…the rooms that freeze during play, and you have to hit the Windows log out symbol on your keyboard. Or, like items that DISAPPEAR when you put them into a room. Today, I bought the Jig-Saw Puzzle game from the WShop. Placed it on a table in a Pet’s room. Left the room to go work on a challenge. Came BACK to that room and the puzzle was GONE! Not ON the table! Not UNDER the table! Not IN the room! NOT IN MY DOCK! So? Where did it go? Went to Webkinz online to see if I could find it there. Nope! Nowhere to be found! Is my only recourse to call or email Ganz so they can fix the issue? Honestly, I don’t like doing that. Why not just FIX the problem with the new app, which I totally love by the way! Before fixing the non-working items, why not fix the app so it will stop FREEZING or LOCKING UP? I KNOW I’m not the only one having this problem! :-(

Thanks for this great item. It goes perfectly with the other, animated, conveyor machines. Love it!! Even though this one isn’t animated, it gives out food!
