Oh, honey! That’s happened to me as well! I was SO BUMMED, but also SO VERY BLESSED that a VERY generous friend sent me the Peacock Topiary that I had wanted so badly. My town has a real one that I have always loved and I had wanted it for my garden. Life takes us away from Webkinz at very bad moments sometimes!!!!

Hi ZOEY62809! Welcome to Deluxe! It is not usually so problematic. I and at least one other player had difficulty collecting the Deluxe Day prize (my problem was also a missing arrow) and Michael Webkinz advised contacting webkinzsupport@ganz.com, so I did. Hopefully they can get the problem resolved. The deluxe monthly gift box and eStore points sometimes take a couple of days, and don’t always arrive on the 1st of the month, but as you have been waiting since 6/19, clearly there seems to be an issue. Do you have access to all the deluxe only areas of the site? You should probably add these concerns to your email too. I hope that the CS team are able to get us all straightened out! Please let us know how it goes.

Has anyone else experienced missing arrows on the today’s activities? The arrow to receive the Deluxe Day Silver Trailer Bed was missing on my Deluxe Account, and therefore I was unable to get that wonderful Deluxe Day Gift that I was so looking forward to. I also have not received this months Deluxe Gift Box, the 2021 Exclusive Super Deluxe Item or the Deluxe Membership Hat when I went Deluxe this month on 6/19/2021. Any advise or help with these issues would be greatly appreciated. WW – TOBY51007

I am having the same problem. I have a lot of months left on my deluxe membership, but there is no arrow to click next to the item on the Things to Do menu. I tried logging out and back in. I have checked all through my inventory in case it magically appeared there on it’s own (wishful thinking!) but sadly, it’s not there. I will contact webkinz support. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can try.
