I also have a problem with collecting acorn been a Deluxe member for many years, and never had to go to the forests ….. it is just hard to collect, webkinz will fine what is wrong we still have some time to collect so don’t give up…. Very sorry, we aren’t alone, happening to us all…

I have also had problems opening my Acorn Collection, but I discovered that if you go to the Fairy Forest with Magic Mire, etc then click the cross out of it then it comes to the map naturally and allows you to open up the collection. If you just pick from the chart then it won’t work.

I’m also on my second go around. love the prizes. didn’t get on webkinz yesterday. was out all day exploring Valencia, Spain with my family. walked across the bridge of flowers. it’s so beautiful. my feet were sore when we got back to our hotel. the time difference between home and here is crazy. the time here is 9 hours ahead of where I live with my family. when all over Italy last year. Spain is nice but hot.

I too am having problems in the collection of acorns, it will not open, which means I can’t request from friends, and when I try to check my messages, the whole page looks like it has a black film over it. I’ve sent screen shots to Webkinz Support yesterday but, haven’t even received their automatic response email. I’ve used IEll, Chrome, other browsers, cleared cache, you name it. Does anyone else have any ideas? Oh, and I’ve updated flash, and anything else that I can.

Mine has started working again. I think they must have been doing something to the game at the time it quit. Thanks !! Hope it keeps working . Second time around and really wanted the leaf floor.

I did that Sally and it still did not work. I am a different player but my acorns won’t open either. I’ve cleaned cache out and that did not help either. I think game is broke for some of us. Hope they can fix it.

Try going back to your room, and then immediately going back to the Kinzville Map.
